After seeing so many enticing pictures on Instagram we finally caved in and started reading up on the health benefits of Chia (/ˈCHēə/) seeds.  Here are our top reasons as to why we’ll be adding it to our diet:

-      Contain a high level of fibers preventing food cravings and gives us more energy and improves digestion.

-      Tons of antioxidants in them boosting our immune system.

-      Large amount of important nutrients such as calcium, magnesium, zinc and iron.
