A small collection inspired by Swedish playwright, director and apparently narcissist August Strindberg. We loved the maxi shirts giving the collection a great “afghan” or “ethnic” (as one of our more south/central Asia-lly challenged contributors once put it…) look as they were worn over pants – slim, cropped tuxedos (loving!) - and under coats (beautiful camel number), jackets and jumpers while sometimes with all of the aforementioned items, all to our layering delight. Still, the nordic feel was present in subtle ways such as astrakhan hats, scarves and a fur-collared peacoat reminiscent of the navy. Both styles mixed smoothly together, screaming from the heights of the patent leather shoes: ”Swedish-Afghanistanian Debonaire !” What a mix!
