Because we love Marni for its girly dresses and floral prints, we were caught off guard (in a good way!) when we saw Consuelo Castiglioni’s Pe-Fall collection. Indeed, it had androgynous written all over it. It was quirky and boyish, and we loved it! The designer switched things up by presenting masculine tailoring while still adding the touch of femininity Marni is known for. Think here the military outerwear worn over an A-line skirt, or the belts, high on the waist, that gave the boxy silhouettes the touch of femininity it needed. And the shoes, with the tassels (so much seems Prada-inspired…) were flat and high heeled (needless to say that we need them! In both iterations!). Oh and notice those fuzzy, yeti-like gloves? We say yes to them (and wish we could wear them right now!)
